Warranty and Service
The SeaDevil Esca was designed to have minimal but optimised parts. Such design methodology reduces the need for maintenance and also the possibility of component failure. This is how we achieve low maintenance costs and high reliability, ultimately improving user satisfaction.
However, in the event of product failure, our priority is to the reduce overall system downtime. Contact us immediately for troubleshooting assistance. Where applicable, our partners should be able to provide a stand-in unit for temporary usage until your unit is repaired. In most cases, downtime is not much longer than the duration of delivery.
For customers whose area are not covered by our partners, do not worry. Get in touch for a quick consult, and we will provide all the relevant assistance. Because SeaDevil is designed to be taken apart easily with some basic tools, some key instructions should be enough to solve the problem.
WYATT LIGHTWORKS offers the original purchaser a ONE-year manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects under normal use. It does not cover products that have been exposed to water, subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, or unauthorised repair, use of incompatibles product including non-approved power supplies/connections.
We also do not cover cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the product. For more details, please contact us.
Due to the nature of small-batch manufacturing processes, slight inconsistencies and variations from item to item is to be expected. Please do not be alarmed by the occasional minor scratches which are mainly the result of manual-processing.
